Terms of Use, Cancellation and Refunds
These terms cover the Loos Coffee app and website run by Loos Coffee. By ordering you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed.

The service
The app shows our menu and stores, takes pickup orders, confirms payments and runs the Peanuts programme. It is intended for adults; under 18, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Ordering and prices
Placing an order is your offer to buy; it is accepted when the app confirms it. Prices are in US dollars and include all charges. There are no hidden fees. Menu, prices and availability can change; the price shown when you confirm is the price you pay. Allergens are listed on each drink; if you have an allergy, tell the staff before ordering.
Payment
- Cash: pay at the counter when you collect. Nothing is charged before that.
- EVC Plus: dial the code shown; the order confirms when the payment arrives. If it does not arrive within the time shown, the order expires unpaid and nothing is owed. If you paid from another number, use I paid from another number in the order screen.
- Card payments are not accepted in the app.
Pickup
Collect at the store you chose and show your pickup code. Ready orders are kept for 30 minutes; after that they may be discarded, and a paid order that was not collected is refunded only at the store's discretion.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge in the app while your order is awaiting payment or queued, before the barista starts it. After that, ask the staff at the counter. Loos may cancel an order when a store closes unexpectedly or an item is unavailable; you are then told in the app.
Refunds
Cash orders are never charged before pickup, so there is nothing to refund. When Loos cancels a paid EVC Plus order, or agrees a refund at the counter, the full amount goes back to the mobile-money number that paid within 3 business days. If your drink is wrong or not right, tell the staff before you leave: we remake it or refund it. Refund requests: support@loos.coffee or the support page.
Wallet and gifts
You can send part of your Loos Wallet balance to another person as a gift. You choose the amount, enter the person's phone number, and can add a short message. The amount leaves your wallet when the gift is sent, and it is held until the recipient claims it in the Loos app.
A gift can be claimed for 90 days, counted from the day it is sent. While it is unclaimed, the sender can cancel it at any time in the app, and the full amount returns to the sender's wallet at once.
If a gift is still unclaimed 90 days after it was sent, it returns automatically. The full amount goes back to the sender's wallet balance, with no fee and no deduction. Gift money is never kept by Loos Coffee, and its value is never lost. This also protects senders who typed the wrong phone number: the money always comes back.
A gift that has returned or was cancelled can no longer be claimed. If you still want to send it, send a new gift. The return appears as a normal entry in the sender's wallet history. The app does not send a separate alert when a gift returns, so if you are waiting on an old gift, check it in the app.
Accounts
Sign in with your Somali mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, fake orders or abuse of staff.
Peanuts and rewards
The Peanuts programme has its own short terms at https://loos.coffee/rewards-terms. Rewards have no cash value.
Fair use
Do not place orders you do not intend to collect, misuse promo codes, interfere with the service or scrape it. Repeated no-show cash orders may lead to cash orders being unavailable to that account.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app available but cannot promise it will always be. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version is always at https://loos.coffee/terms and material changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Somalia. Contact: support@loos.coffee.

Adeegga

Qaadashada

Wallet-ka iyo hadiyadaha
